Warranty Term:
All our refurbished laptops come with 90 days’ warranty and desktops with 6 months' warranty both of which can be extended to 365 days for an additional premium at the time of purchase. If there’s any outstanding manufacturers guarantee with the product this shall be passed on to the new owner and run concurrently with TDR computers guarantee.
Claiming on your warranty:
In the first instance please contact us arrange a repair, by either:
Taking your computer to the repair centre at our shop
Or call our helpline on 01621 840844 (call charges will depend on your telephone provider)
Please have your model number and date of purchase to hand when you call. You'll find all of this information on your original receipt – this acts as your guarantee, so please make sure you keep it safe

If your computer needs a repair, we can then arrange for it to be collected from and returned to an address of your choice. We will pay for this provided there is a proven fault with the product. If the product displays no fault, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of return to you.
If we can't repair your item, we'll replace it with an item of equivalent specification. If no equivalent product is available, we'll either offer you the nearest equivalent specification or its selling price value, and we'll always do our best to make sure you're satisfied with the outcome.
Our Warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage, for example if your computer has been dropped. You may find that this type of damage is covered by your household contents insurance policy.
Repair costs caused by external factors such as computer viruses, faulty software, fire, theft, and weather (including lightning damage)
Pixel spots. These are tiny dark or bright spots that may become visible on a screen
Consumables such as batteries, storage media, fuses, etc.
Data loss however caused
Cosmetic damage such as trim, scratches, dents, corrosion or colour where the function of the product is unaffected
Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product or any loss over and above the purchase price of the original item
Servicing, inspecting or cleaning of the product, and failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and/or installation guidelines
Deliberate damage or neglect of the insured product
Services for goods bought and used outside of the UK, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
You can upgrade or modify all products, including upgrading the hard drive and RAM, but only if those parts bear no warranty seal. Breaking of any warranty seal, or damage caused during repair or modification, are not covered.
Any faults listed or damage when the product was sold to you.
