Did a Windows Update crash my PC?
Windows updates are a neccessary evil, protecting you from vulnerabilities within the operating system. However, sometimes, during the update process things can go wrong. Sometimes your PC will fail during an update. A restart may fix the issue but if not, book your PC in to our Maldon High Street workshop and we'll get you back up and running.
Do I need to buy Anti-Virus software?
Microsoft have a built in Anti-virus solution called Windows Defender. Often this can be adequate but with the ever increasing complexity of threats, a 3rd party or independent Anti-Virus provider can offer a greater level of protection and additional features to keep you safe online.

How long do repairs take?
This is a tricky question to answer as the repair may require special order parts to complete.

Do you offer a collection service?
We appreciate that sometimes it is difficult to transport heavy PC's and, as much as we offer parking for our customers at the shop, we can provide a collection and delivery service.
