Frequently Asked Questions

I just purchased a new iMac, can I upgrade the storage?

Unfortunately not. The latest model iMac are incredibly difficult to upgrade and additional storage is only available via an external drive.

If I replace my Hard Drive will I lose my data?

Part of our upgrade process includes making a Time Machine backup of your current drive. This means we are able to restore all your data, including applications, to the new drive.

How long will you need my Mac for a repair or upgrade?

We appreciate that being without your Mac for any period of time can be a pain. How long depends on the work required but we will try and work around your schedule to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
